Library Loot 6

Last weeks library loot wasn't very big but I did read A Long Way from Chicago by Richard Peck and watch Muppet Treasure Island (DVD)! 10 new things arrived for me at the library today, they are:

Ballet Shoes (DVD)
Ballet Shoes by Noel Streatfeild
Because of Winn-Dixie (DVD)
Treasure Planet (DVD)
The Adventures of Greyfriars Bobby (DVD)
Dark Harvest by Lynda Hilburn
Plum Spooky by Janet Evanovich
A Year Down Yonder by Richard Peck
The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan

  1. I echo Naida. Great library loot!

  2. Very nice! I'm interesting in Sea Monsters...

  3. I loved Winn Dixie! My daughter just read the book in school and she says she enjoyed it as much as the movie.

    Diary of an Eccentric

  4. Dark Harvest looks yummy. Hubby and I are listening to Plum Spooky now in the car on the way into work...its pretty good so far.

  5. Wow, it looks like you got some good ones! I'm not very far into the Stephanie Plum series but I am enjoying it so far.

  6. Oh, lucky you. I see you got Plum Spooky. The waiting list at my library is a mile long but I'm on it. lol.

  7. ballet shoes was a sweet cute movie;) you'll love it.

  8. Naida: It was good!

    Melody: Thanks!

Alice Teh: I just finished it and it was really good. I just love this series!

Anna: I watched the movie when it first came out before I read the book but recently switched that around. I liked them both almost equally.

Serena: I haven't started it yet but I really liked Plum Spooky. Sounds like it would be a dangerous ride! I know I laughed so hard I cried in a couple of places. :)

Samantha: They are something special aren't they? There have been a few I wasn't crazy about but for the most part I really liked them.

Dar: I've been on the library waiting list for months! There were 30 people ahead of me!

Amy: I hope so! I'm thinking about starting the book today.

Hope you enjoyed my musings and I would love to hear what you think about them!
