Awards and a Tag

Alice gave me this Lovely Award!

"These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award."

Isn't she sweet? Oh and Shaunesay sent me the Butterfly award again! Thanks so much ladies!!!

Pabast (Reading Mama) tagged me with a photo meme:

The rules are simple.
1. Find your 5th photo file folder, then the 5th photo in that file folder.
2. Post that picture on your blog.
3. Tag 5 others to do the same.
that's it!!

Here is my picture:

It's a pic of my cat from the first place we stayed when we moved to Mississippi (I really don't miss that bed lol).

  3. I can see why you get so many awards! Your blog is enchanting. I am SO trying to change my background and add cuter things but just don't know all the HTML and compute lingo so always mess up. Today my blog is one month old so MAYBE it will come the more I work with it. Anyway, I do hope you will visit and enter as I have two wonderful giveaways going on right now for two books I adored. Thanks for being a bright spot each day as I check the blogs on my blog list. I wish I had an award to give you but don't. Are we allowed to make one up?
