Unplanned Vacation is Over!

I took a little unplanned vacation the past few days because I was reading all of P.C and Kristin Casts House of Night Novels. Love, love, love, love, love them!!! I'm back now, though I haven't quite decided what I'm going to read next... of course today is going to be spent catching up on all the blogs I read. Hope I didn't miss anything important while I was gone!

  1. you have been busy. I haven't read this series yet, but it is on my to-do list.

  2. Way to go! Isn't it great when you can take on a series all in one go .. and even better when you end up loving them :)

  3. An uplanned vacation to read-what could be better! YOu got lots read, that's for sure. Did you like them all? They've got awesome covers.

  4. That's a great vacation! I have the second book out from the library right now and I hope to read it soon!

  5. I keep seeing these in the book shops. They must be fabulous if you read them all at the same time, so I shall have to read them now. I read all the Twilight ones in one go. I was very poorly and couldn't get out of bed, so I lost myself in Forks for nearly two weeks. Heaven! I wonder if I can feing illness for a week to catch up on some reading.

  6. I hope you had a wonderful vacation! Wow, you've read this series!! I've all the books (except the latest) in my pile but just haven't got around to reading them yet. I'm glad you love them all!

  7. Reading vacations are the best! I am glad you are enjoying the books, Jen. One of my coworkers' mothers is really into them.

  8. wow, you have been busy! those books sound good, great covers too!

  9. Serena: Hope you like it as much as I do. I sure wish I had waited until the authors were done writing it as I'm now going to go nuts waiting!

Joanne: Yep! Love doing that even though afterwards it's a little hard to want to read anything else...

Dar: LOVED them all! There were times I turned up my nose because I felt that the dialogue was a bit cheesy (seriously, what 17 year old says bullpoopie?!) but I was able to ignore things I didn't care for.

Kailana: It was! I never even logged on to check my emails b/c I was so deep into the stories.

Scrap Girl: MUCH better than Twilight even if it didn't really have an Edward. Think you would enjoy these and they're totally worth playing possum for!

Melody: Urgh! I don't wanna wait until October for the next one. I want it now, right this very instant! It's driving me nuts lol.

DesLily: Nah, not really. They're just SO good!

Wendy: I try not to take many reading vacations as I'm still stuck in the world days and sometimes weeks later so it's a bit harder for other books to measure up....

Naida: Aren't the covers pretty? If you take off the slip cover of Hunted there is actually a poster on the backside.

  10. I'm working my way through the novel, so far I've only read Marked. Really enjoyed it.

    Dottie :)

Hope you enjoyed my musings and I would love to hear what you think about them!
